I was a single mom with two children one with disabilities, I had to learn how to help my son to have normal life and accepted in the communities. Also, family members with food allergies and Celiac Disease. I have lots of knowledge on food. My hands-on personal experiences and 26 years of background knowledge I'm eager to contribute my abilities and experience.

I met Chong about 10 years ago at Foundation, Inc., as a co-worker. She is always courteous, very kind, and extremely professional in doing her work. She cares. In conjunction with her lively intelligence and ability to learn quickly, Chong has a loving presence that surrounds her and can be sensed no matter what she is doing.
