Do not hire this caregiver! Does not know how to take instructions. Feels the need to express that his methods are better. Late everyday. Forged hours on time sheet. Constantly wanting to borrow money. Has not paid back the $35.00 he still owes. The references he provides are not real. Again, for the safety of your home and client DO NOT HIRE.
