I have worked for a school system in Sioux City. I work as a substitute instructional assistant. I have done anything ranging from one to one assistant to classroom assistant in the special education classrooms. I have a son who has learning disabilities and fluctuating hearing issues. He also has an attention span issue where he is all over the place all the time. If he moves too fast he trips over himself a lot so we have to walk slow with him. I work with him everyday with his learning. I watched children off and on for 2-3 years. I also worked as a substitute paraprofessional in the schools for 10 months. I am a current substitute instructional assistant with the community school district. Been working with them since November of 2011.
