I LOVE working with kids of all ages, and have had a TON of experience doing so! I'm 32 years old with degrees in both Elementary Education and Special Education. I've worked as a nanny for multiple families that can serve as references, several with children with special needs. The most common disability I have experience with is autism. I'm extremely caring but also able to be firm when necessary. I've also had experience as a janitor for my church, so I'm pretty good about cleaning up! :-) To me, kids are a gift from God and should be treated as such.
