I have 17 years experience working with many kinds of disabilities. With 16 years at an organization for disabled people, including transportation, plus one year as a Behavior Specialist working in a residential home. I also spent one year working at a shelter for children whom had been court removed from their homes. I loved my work and the difference I was able to make in the lives of others. Just knowing I was able to touch one life and make an impression on that child or adult, gives me the strength to carry on. I am a very compassionate and caring individual. Honesty and integrity is another virtue. I just finished working at a personal care home in the Atlanta area, but decided I wanted to return home to Spartanburg. I have a background check that is available on request from my job where I resigned from. Current and up to date CPR and First Aid Certification. I will also furnish references on request.
