I started working for local schools about four years ago. I work in a classroom as an one on one aide for children with special needs and I am a certified ABA therapist. Most of them have Autism, but not all. I have worked with children with multiple disabilities and Down Syndrome. I am patient and compassionate for these children. I love my job and often babysit for the kids I work with. One of my references has a son with autism. I babysit for him frequently and have become close with the family.
