Antrice and I have worked together for several years. She is a dedicated, honest, and loyal employee. We work with adults with intellectual disabilities and she is patient and compassionate in her dealings with them. She has been a Lead Instructor for many years and in the last year she was promoted to Transportation Supervisor. In this position she has shown her organizational skills, managerial skills, and has a great relationship with the staff that she supervises. Her knowledge of caring for people with disabilities comes first hand. She has a child with disabilities and has been the main caregiver for her child. She is always looking for better, more effective ways to care for her daughter and those individuals she works with as well. Antrice would be an asset for any organization that chooses to hire her.
