We feel really lucky to have found Allison to tutor both of our sons, ages 6 and 11. She is professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and smart - and she also has a great way with kids, which is a rare and wonderful combination. Our younger son actually begs for her to visit with him - he doesn't even realize he is working on literacy while she is with him! Yet we've seen results- he is learning to read, and comments from his teachers are now all praise, whereas before Allison we heard concern about his reading level. Highly recommended.
