I am now a working stay at home mom of 2 children almost 5 and almost 1. I work for the nursery at my church and baby sit for 2 families from my home on an as needed basis. In the past I worked long term for five families. Some with twins and some with children with disabilities. I have a bachelors in therapeutic recreation and a masters degree in education with a specialization in early childhood studies. I have also had two years experience working for a center based early intervention program for children with developmental delays or at risk aged 1-3 years old. I am looking for a family that I can watch part time in my home with my children when not in school.

She has been a wonderful recreational therapist for my son. My son learned a lot. His speech and behavior improved and above all he thoroughly enjoyed his sessions with her. She would take initiatives to do many things like doing crafts, pretend games, maths, reading etc. She even took time to meet his preschool teachers. I wish she had stayed in Indiana. :)
