My name is Alexa, I am a recent college graduate from Temple University and have just moved to New York. I have had experience with childcare for nearly eight years. I have babysat for three separate families, with duties including taking them to school and daycare, making them meals, putting to bed, etc. I was also a cheer-leading coach where I supervised a group of adolescent girls for two weeks at a time and planned an extensive amount of activities and events for them. I am CPR certified and am extremely passionate about child care, as I hope to enter the field of Occupational therapy in the future. For my Occupational Therapy studies, I gained an immense amount of exposure to special needs populations and assisted OT's in providing therapy, activities and support for the last two years. Furthermore, I am conveniently located next to the 6 as well as the 2 and 3, making it extremely easy for me to get to nearly any location in Manhattan.
