Currently, I am a sophomore at Inver Hills Community College seeking admission into the nursing program. I am a stay at home mom to a beautiful 2-year-old daughter and am seeking some part time employment opportunities for my spare time. I have experience and specialized training working with children with disabilities, adults and elderly both with disabilities and serious health conditions. I have worked with several different agencies providing in-home care for clients, as well as finding employment with private in-home care as well. I have experience assisting clients with activities of daily living, basic personal cares, medication reminding, social involvement, speech therapy, positive reinforcement, and assisting clients with household responsibilities. I am passionate about providing families with In-Home services because it allows an individual to maintain a reliable, stable and familiar environment.
