Compassionate, patient and nurturing special needs caregiver who enjoys working with those who need me. I have over 7 years of experience working with our senior population, Autistic and other clients with cognitive challenges. I have over 2 years experience as med tech working in senior/Dementia and Alzheimer's facilities. I have graduated from an accredited CNA school and have worked that roll over the last 2 years as well. As I start to pursue being a nurse, I've grown to realize my true calling is directly linked to healthcare. Being there for the sick and the disable allows me to operate in my gift. I am currently seeking a family or organization/facility that will allow me to give the best care to their loved one or clients/patients. I am available for morning shifts starting from 6 a.m. - 1 p.m. Monday - Friday.

My name is Kara, and I am interested in special needs care for adults and children and have some experience sitting for both children and adults with special needs. I have been a nurse for over 21 years and still Currently work at a hospital two days per week. I have been caring for the elderly for over 27 + years. I am CPR and ACLS certified I am fully vaccinated.

In addition to being a teacher of 11 years, I've also have experience taking care of my cousins who had special needs. In high school I started taking care of my disabled cousins while my aunt/uncle had date nights and church functions. They were both in a wheel chair, had feeding tubes, and needed restroom assistance. Though they are now passed, I enjoyed every moment we had together and learned a lot from them! I worked in a house for non verbal men , with special needs and escorted to workshop daily , and on out door outings and meal prep , bathing changing, meds, have certification in first aid, CPR, feed tube, took care of my father law with diabetes, kidney dialysis, Then feeding tube, To wheel chair bound, bathed, toilet, meds, TV time and taking outdoors and sitting on the porch just listening to birds and talking with him to let him be peaceful

I have worked for In-Home Service or SSI, taking care of children with special needs, handicapped and elderly people. I have a sister who has been in a wheelchair for over 20 years. I have done bathing, medicines, meal preparations, range of motion, and bowel programs. I have worked with mental illness, spinal cord injury, Down Syndrome, and Cerebral Palsy.

I did volunteer work at a school my mom worked at. The children had CP, some children were Developmentally delayed, had problems with speech! I enjoyed to help take them out to the fair grounds when the fair was in town! I also have a disabled brother who was in a bad car accident in 2005. I helped my parents care for him until I moved to Tucson, AZ. I just recently moved back to NM with my husband and newly adopted 3 children who we love dearly. We do plan on going further and adopting more in the future. For now I am a stay at home mommy who would love to help my spouse make money for the home and a better future for our children. So I am seeking employment in my home to care for your children who will have socialization with my three children.

My name is Sydney and I love working with children. I got a taste of working with children who I have autism when I lived in NY and fell in love with the community. I have been a paraprofessional at a private school. I learned to help prepare, adjust and implement an IEP. I learned how to teach with direct trials and to use ABA. The most important thing I learned is that persons with a special need can learn anything they just need a little help.

I am so proud to work as a caregiver/personal care assistant, home health aide, instructional asst. or child care attendant. I am a state certified special education paraprofessional, and state certified nurse asst for the last 10 years.
