My 14-year-old daughter has mild Down's Syndrome. The job entails picking her up from school M-F at 3:00 and hanging out with her at home until my husband or I get there. Our caretaker this past school year was a senior college major and we love to spoil our nannies with family dinners and a friendly environment! Our daughter is independent and after you help her with homework, she is off to play and read by herself. Plus, she is super sweet just like her family - very social, talkative, and loves hugs! I would also love any activities you want to take her to do - the library, for walks, to the park, and crafts. Pay is $9. 00 an hour and you can work up to 25 hours a week if you choose. Great for those going into Childcare, Teaching, Psychology, or Pediatric fields.
