PCA Needed For A Special Young Lady
Part Time • $10 – 15/hr
Our daughter is chronologically 16, but can vary wildly in ages she displays. Working with our kiddo is part nanny, part Big Sister. She struggles with self-care, especially regarding her incontinence, and she makes significantly poor choices with food, often gorging due to an emotional need she confuses as a physical need. We're looking for a young woman that can approach our daughter simultaneously as a toddler and a teenager, someone that has the patience to help our daughter learn and grow while also learning and growing from the position. If you are interested in this opportunity, and would like to learn more about my daughter, our family, and the position.

Babysitter Needed For My Children In Burlington
Part Time • $15 – 20/hr
We are looking for a great babysitter, primarily with our son who will be a 3rd grader at IAA in Burlington. L needs pick-ups from school and then fun adventures (library, swimming, walks with our dog etc.) He is a super special kiddo who has a developmental delay that puts him on the opposite end of the spectrum of kids with autism (very social and connected). Our current sitter loves him more than anything, but is moving to Florida. The school day ends at 2:50 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and 1:50 on Wednesdays. We are done with work around 5, though can be flexible most days if needed. L is on a swim team at the Y that begins again in Oct, so comfort around water is huge. Strong references, a safe driving record, and no-smoking are essential.
