We are looking for a community habilitation worker for my 26-year-old daughter with Autism. Duties include meeting her van when she comes home from her Adult day program, preparing a snack/ dinner, taking her for walks/ out into the community, and bathing from time to time. She is nonverbal but she is great to work with. She loves walking, going for car rides, to different stores in the community, watching tv, and listening to music.
We have two adult daughters with disabilities and are always looking for good people to work with our daughters. If the hours on this posting dont work for you, and this sounds like a job you are interested in, please reach out to us anyway as we are always looking to get as many people on our daughters teams as possible even if it is only for a few hours a week!
