I am looking for a care giver for my husband who recently had a stroke. He is suffering from cognitive issues. He needs assistance with getting up and ready for the day. He needs help completing memory games for his rehab, math activities, and physical activity. My husband needs a few hours of help in the morning and in the afternoon. While he is resting I would like to have help with other things around the house. We have two sons, ages 2 and 4, and a dog. Care giver MUST be comfortable around kids, willing to help with young adult and kids, and comfortable around an energetic dog.

Has experience with individuals with severe disabilities and behavioral interventions. Has experience with seizure disorders. Willing to care for friendly, energetic dog, as well. Willing to perform some light household duties; but care of our son is the primary responsibility.

I need help caring for my 87-year-old Mother (who has dementia but refuses to admit it), my intellectually disabled sister, and intellectually disabled brother. Right now I am the one who takes them everywhere and coordinates everything while caring for my own intellectually disabled son. I need help. All three can get around without the aide of a wheelchair or a walker. However, sometimes my Mother and Sister may use one for extra stability. All three are verbal and able to provide their own self care though they need to be reminded from time to time to brush their hair or teeth. I need help running them on errands, taking them shopping, getting my siblings to adult day training, Special Olympics activities, or just going to the movies. Flexibility and patience are a must for this job.
