Part Time
Looking for a part-time caregiver/companion for our two 19-year-olds with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Asperger's in Manhasset. Ideal match will have some experience working with people on the spectrum or other neurodivergent teens/adults. Responsibilities include driving to activities, helping work on social and life skills (both are functioning around age level and attending school during the week). Looking for someone with compassion, humor, ok with a 7 yo Labrador Retriever (no responsibility for him, just not afraid of him.) must have clean driver's license and be COVID vax and boosted.
Hours and days are flexible. Pay commensurate with experience. This is a long term position,
