Hello, My name is Jady, and I'm a full time care provider and former Au pair! I have great experience with all kid's age! Being a full time care provider has been an amazing and very grateful experience. Currently I live in Bethesda and on Sep/2019 I will be available for date nights position and weekends position! I also would love to discuss long and short-term opportunities. I have already worked for two long-term families, which I can provide good references of both. I also have a lot of experience back home, from newborns, toddlers, to teenagers ages. I'm a Portuguese native speaker, and I'm from Brazil. I've been living in the USA for almost 2 years and I speak fluently English, also intermediate Spanish! I'm very flexible and lovely person. I'm willing to help with laundry, cooking, light-housecleaning, running errands, and anything to make your lives easier! I'm CPR and First AID trained! Please contact me if you have any doubts or questions! Thank you, Jady

We found Jady from one of her friend who referred her. We interviewed her and was very honest with the difficult nanny situations we had and she made us so comfortable and promised that she will work for us. We were going to take a vacation and she was very well aware and said it would work well with her schedule. She was working for another family who she would have to leave because her contract ended and then would join us. She even worked with us for an entire week and we really liked her. I don't know how many times I must have asked her that she would not change her mind after we are back from vacation, but she always gave us the confidence she would stay and she loved our family. The day we returned from India after a 24 hours trip, she came home as per her text 2 days back that she would work with us. She says she founds a new job where she will take care of 3 kids and that pays her $950 vs $600. I was so upset with her unprofessionalism and she also did not have any notice period. All she said was I can work for a few days! She felt I should had not called her unprofessional as she thought that she was doing the right thing. I had to write a review for her because I don't want any other family to suffer. She is very sweet and nice but this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I wish her the best but again she should realize that she should not do this with any other family.
