We are looking for a nanny for our 14-month-old toddler in White Plains. My wife works from home, and we need someone to look after him while she works. Our son laughs easily and likes to play. It is very important to us that a nanny not punish J or want him to "cry it out". Distracting him or reassuring him works much better. Ideally, you would be someone who really loves little kids and exploring the world with them. While helping with his laundry and tidying up is great, we want him to be your focus. My daughter was born Nov. 6, 2020. I am in a wheelchair with a spinal cord injury and have limited movement on my right extremities. I will need help tending to her needs through the night (feeding/diaper changes). For the day, I'd need help with dressing/feeding/diaper/ and helping me get to her appointments and for going out the house. At the end of January we'll revaluate the needs and how much longer I would need assistance . Due to my disability I need a patient, flexible, empathetic, willing to give things a try first before determining if it's not possible individual. I live in a 2 bed 2 full bath condo w/split floor plan. You'll have a bed and bathroom for your side of the condo. Speaking Spanish is a plus but not a requirement.
