We are looking for an experienced and caring nanny for our 7-month-old son. We would prefer someone who could also help out with light housekeeping, errands or grocery shopping, cooking (a few times a week) and laundry. We would prefer a nanny who can drive (we will provide car), who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets. I work from home so I need someone who can help me part time with my son and also around the house the rest of the time. No deep cleaning necessary as we have a cleaning crew who comes every 2 weeks. We are also open to a live in nanny as well. Spanish speaking nanny is a plus! Here's a list of responsibilities: Light housekeeping: - [ ] Wash/fold laundry: towels, sheets, some clothing - [ ] Tidy up, wipe counters, table - [ ] Straighten up - [ ] Dishes: put in dishwasher & away - [ ] Garbage/recycle - [ ] Cook dinner a few times a week - [ ] Walk & feed dog in the morning - [ ] Watch dog if we go out of town - [ ] Run some errands: dry cleaning/groceries Baby duties: - [ ] Help watch baby 20 - 30 hours/week (occasional weekends) - [ ] Bottles: wash & fill with milk - [ ] Wash baby's dishes - [ ] Baby's laundry: wash & fold clothes, blankets, sheets, etc - [ ] Occasionally help give baby a bath - [ ] Restock baby diapers/wipes on changing tables - [ ] Restock diaper bag - [ ] Read to baby, play with baby, let baby have some time to play on his own - [ ] Feed baby solids/formula - [ ] Tidy up/put baby's toys away - [ ] Put baby down for naps & monitor during nap time - [ ] Take baby garbage out This is for a full time position. We will be paying salary with great health/retirement benefits! We are a loving family, and would like to hire someone who also wants to be part of the family.
