About Jacqueline

When Jacqueline came to us in 2005 she was already an experienced caregiver for over 20 years. My father had Parkinson's disease and my mother had Alzheimer's disease and a host of other issues. Jacqueline approached these challenges head on and also with sensitivity to the needs and wishes of her patients and my family. Jacqueline's ability to perform the required medical tasks was undeniable, but where she shines is in her sensitivity to the needs and wishes of her patients. As my parents' illnesses progressed, they sometimes were demanding and difficult, but Jacqueline was always able to diffuse the situation. Her positive approach to her job is invaluable. She truly enjoys interacting with her patients and creating a pleasing environment for them. Jacqueline is a professional whose loyalty and concern for her patients is genuine. It improves their quality of life and provides the support the family needs.
