Seeking companion care near Van Wert for my grandmother in her 80s. Schedule Details: Times will vary depending on daily appointments or activities. My grandmother recently has broken her leg. She had polio at the age of 13 which has caused mobility issues. She is currently bound to an electric wheelchair and is unable to transfer herself. We are need someone to assist 4 family members who rotate care. We currently are using a tarp with toggles for our hands to transfer her. It takes 3 of us. My aunt or uncle assists me in moving her while my grandfather holds her feet. Ideally we need someone from 10-11am, to assist with taking her to the toilet in the afternoon, and someone from 9-10 at night to put her to bed. She has a catheter which is helpful that we do not have to take her to the bathroom as often.
