Person hired will be working for a private nursing agency. Excellent opportunity for both new or seasoned nurses seeking to expand their knowledge and skills with critical care ventilator dependent patients. in addition to the ventilator I also have a PEJ tube, ostomy and double lumen pic line used for medication administration. He is immobile in a hospital bed and we get hospice during the mornings during the week. We may need one or two nights during the week also-just an hour at a time.

Both parents have mobility issues but can get around with a walker. My father doesn't always need much assistance but he is 6'8 so I need to be sure you are able to handle someone his size when he does. My mother has the beginnings of dementia though is clear headed most days. Bathroom is equipped with shower seat and grab bars but they need help stepping over the edge of the tub. We are flexible with day of the week and time, but midday is best. I may also need additional assistance during times when I need to travel for work but that is TBD.
