Light Housekeeping And Meal Preparation Support Needed For My Mother In Chugiak, AK.

My mom has the start of dementia. She does not remember how to use appliances and needs to be reminded to eat but is fine by herself during the day. She takes care of her own hygiene and is fine physically. I don't want her alone in the evening or night and would like someone to cook dinner. We have a schnauzer dog and cat that is like therapy for her. I'm currently looking or care while we go on vacation. Last time I took her and it was very stressful for her being out of her normal daily routine and away from our dog. I expect in the next 6 months or so I will some to come to my house a couple hours a day to ensure she eats as weight loss is a concern. Right now she is OK home alone while I'm at work but I'm afraid she is getting very board and a little depressed. She loves to play cribbage..
