Seeking care for my loved one in her 60's. Services needed: meal preparation, help staying physically active, transportation, light housekeeping, errands / shopping. No prior experience required. Specialized care needs: support for memory care. Female caregiver preferred. She had a cerebral vascular stroke in 2019. Lives alone. Can be moody towards me (twin sister currently involved in her care because I'm demanding!). Sleeps a lot. Has a cat (will need to have litter changed). She has a hard time speaking the right (accurate) words. I'm looking for someone who is patient, strong, fond of pets. Educated. Not aggressive but kindly assertive. Doesn't share personal problems while on the job. Shows up on time but if will be delayed, notifies client. Escalates any problems witnessed to family member. She likes to ride in car but slow getting in and out. Slow moving walking around stores. Struggles making decisions which can delay time in store so need to limit her time in store. Mainly need help with cat, washing dishes, vacuum once a week, laundry (once has a washer & dryer), cook a meal the day of work. 2-3 hours/day maybe just 1 day a week but maybe a 2nd day for just 1-2 hours.
