I recently returned to work and hired a nanny to watch my 3 month old son during the days (Monday-Thursday and sometimes Friday). I can't afford one-on-one care for long, so I would love to find another family with a baby who could split the care and cost with me. I love the nanny who is watching my son. She has a lot of experience, both as an au pair of twin babies and also with her own daughter. She also is bilingual so my son is getting exposed to the Spanish language.

Not only are infant spots hard to find in daycare, but this is a chance for our kids to get even more individualized attention with increased flexibility in schedules! To me it seems like a much better scenario, and I am hoping to find a family who feels the same.
