My Son is has autism and I'm having a home school for him and I find out that he learn much more when is one or one, his teacher is pregnant and will not be able to continue next year so I'm searching already to have everything ready for him next year. My grandchildren are home school kids. Im looking for a tutor to help teach my 7-year-old to read. The other two are 9 and 10 and need some help with math.

Cape Coral family needs a part-time tutor for English. Our son is 8, in the second grade. He's been home schooled for 2 years. He's at about a 1st grade reading level currently, and attends a virtual school online. We're hoping you can not only help him get more confident with his Language Arts skills, but maybe give us a couple of pointers on how to help him as well so that we can continue home schooling. We're hoping for some extra help two, maybe three days a week, for an hour or two at a time, or however much time you have, or think he needs. We're pretty flexible with our schedule at the moment, but our whole family definitely functions and focuses better later in the afternoon- early evening time. A college degree is preferred, but not required, especially if you are currently attending school for education.

Able to have the patience and skills to teach kindergarten My 5 soon to be 6-year-old attends a Christian Academy. The curriculum they use is a very fast paced and advanced for him whom does not retain a lot of information at once. The education director, teachers and us decided the best would be detox hold him back instead of moving on to 1st grade because the amount of chapter books and work they do in 1st grade is twice as hard. He is falling behind in phonics, cursive/print penmanship, arithmetic and hasn't learned to read yet. I'm not the best at school work but I'm trying, we have a 4-month-old and a 7-year-old as-well. I honestly can't keep up with the extra help he needs so I'm asking for help! I believe he likes to learn in an exciting/hands on way. He gets overwhelmed and disinterested quickly . Lincoln is having trouble with handwringing writing & forming thoughts & ideas into sentences. This does not help his confidence. Also, He is left handed. We are usually home from school by 330.
