I worked for this company for a short amount of time. When my husband was passing I actually got a lot of assistance from them with their kind call and kind words. The team was excellent and I loved the clients and thinking about going back I give this company five stars

Excellent service and great support from the office staff. Thank you Marco and Sabrina. Our caregivers-Dorcas, Megan, and Elizabeth-helped mom get through a rough patch and back in her feet. They provided transportation to and from the hospital as well as support after surgery. I could not have asked for a better service.

It's taken me awhile to write this review. In August, my father, who had been battling cancer for seven years, finally gave us his fight & came home to die in peace. My mother, sister & I would be his caregivers for the next two weeks. We had zero idea what we were doing, what to expect, what we were in for. We hired another home healthcare company previously & it was an *awful* experience during the one time of our lives we weren't emotionally equipped to deal with an awful experience. At my wit's end with this other company, I stood outside on my parents' porch at 6pm on a Saturday & called PHC, fully expecting to get voicemail or an answering service to leave a message with & have my call returned on Monday. But no, a REAL person answered (Angelo--fitting since he turned out to be our angel, lol), listened to my story of family crisis, took only my first name, phone number & parents' address & told me someone would be at their house in 90 minutes to assess the situation & get us a competent caregiver THAT NIGHT. During that 90 minutes, unbeknownst to me until later, he lined up 24/7 care for my Dad--without even knowing my last name, without taking my credit card number, without me signing a contract. His colleague, Diana, arrived 90 minutes later, as promised, & got us squared away. Their caregiver showed up as promised & the others did as well all the days that followed--with Diana texting or emailing me just to check in & see how we were doing. All were caring, competent professionals. It was clear PHC treats their staff better than the average healthcare company because they were pulling the cream of the crop in the way of caregivers. We ended up having my Dad transferred to Evelyn's House five days later because we were unable to keep him comfortable at home but during our days before that, this company & their staff made our family feel loved, supported & cared for. It's very clear that their hearts are in the right place. I could not recommend them more highly for any time in your life you might need some extra hands--recovering from a surgery or injury, end-of-life care, etc. GOOD PEOPLE.

We employed Private Home Care for a very short time to provide a high level of care for my father on hospice. All of the caretakers were very professional and punctual. They knew what they were doing and were consistent. We are not new to home care but generally hired privately. Because of the amount of care needed and the importance of punctuality and consistency we choose to go with a company. I can say without hesitation that this was among the best care experiences we have had.

They gave us their full attention, I felt mom was taken care of well. Julie was engaging, providing mom with companh but she was also vigilent and made sure mom made all of her appointments, ate properly, and went for ger daily walks. Thank you, Mario, for overseeing her care and keeping me in the loop.

After hiring PHC, we didn't need to worry about my dad's caregivers or his care. We had used several agencies for my dad before moving him here and even hired individual caregivers that were not affiliated with agencies. A lot of the care quality depends on the caregiver you get and maybe we got lucky but everyone they sent was really good. They also sent the same people every time and their workers seemed happy to be working for the agency and with each other. Unfortunately, we were with PHC for only 3 months before dad was moved but from start to finish, they were very good!

I'm happy to have found Private Home Care in St Louis for my mom's care. She was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and needed someone to be with her at all times. The other option was a facility but the family was not interested in that route. We had a big dilemma with other providers because every day, someone new would be sent in-it was a nightmare. Consistency is so important to keep my mom calm. That's exactly what Private Home Care is delivering for us. We found Private Home Care through a family friend and met with the care manager in charge of my mom's care the day after we called them. Our main live-in caregiver, Sarah, came to mom's house three days after we made the call and we've been happy for 6 months. The client services director that was assigned to us is a very compassionate young man. He takes mom's needs to heart and knows exactly what's going on at all times. The main caregiver that was placed with has done an amazing job. She is diligent, knowledgeable, and always on top of my mom's care. She had done art therapy before and was a perfect fit for my mom who has artistic hobbies. The entire team is very involved in Mom's care plan and we are always at ease that she has the best care available. The family is also relieved that mom can stay in her home and we don't have to worry about what is going on there. I have only good things to say about this company and this service. I wish we had known about them from the beginning.

We could not be happier with the decision we made to hire PHC! My sisters and I were looking for a solution - we wanted to keep our mother at home but none of us lived close to check up on her. We were intrigued by PHC's one client, one caregiver concept and after meeting with Diana, we knew that we are placing mom in good hands. Diana relayed to our situation, she knew exactly what we and mom needed! Mom has one caregiver that stays with her at home. Last time we visited, they were playing the piano together! Mom refers to her as a part of our family - that's what Diana and her team delivered!

something so thorough before I stumbled onto these guys by accident and I must
say, I look forward to many more years of services to come. And with them, I
know I can have that happen. From the moment I sat down and met with Dianna, I
was instantly aware of how important what she was doing was to her. They are a
great value and you can tell they really care about the work they are doing and
the people they send to your home. Our caregiver, and the rest of the staff we
encountered, actually care and offer support to incentivize them. They are
professionals - No one comes to the home to just "work." I can't be happier. A
