Hooves & Paws of the Upstate

Fountain Inn, Fountain Inn, SC

Hooves & Paws of the Upstate is a double-duty animal ministry with a paid caregiving (pet sitting) service on one hand and a non-profit rescue program on the other. We are committed to passing on the love and care God intended for creation...one horse, one dog, one cat at a time...by providing compassionate care for horses and pets throughout Fountain Inn and surrounding upstate areas of South Carolina...and a place of healing for the sweet babies God places in our path on the way to their forever home.

If you have a care need, call Hooves & Paws of the Upstate for peace of mind that counts! Services include a free meet-and-greet consult, a check-in text after each visit, and compassionate care that always comes standard--never optional! Care includes feeding, administering supplements and medications, watering, wellness/body checks, turnout and bringing into stalls, cleaning stalls, throwing hay, holding for the farrier or vet, daily litter box cleaning, leashed walks, and checking the mail. If it's not listed here, just ask!

If you are thinking of adding a new furry member to your family, consider adopting one of our many sweet souls in need of a loving home! God bless!

ABOUT THE OWNER & CAREGIVER:

Keila Adams founded Hooves & Paws of the Upstate out of her love for horses and her desire to provide not just pet sitting services, but a compassionate ministry to the animals and their families that God places in her path.

She has been a professional caregiver for horses in Greenville County since March of 2007, and has been a pet caregiver most of her life. Keila is an active volunteer for Greenville County Animal Care Services and Foster Paws Rescue, a caretaker for a feral cat colony in Fountain Inn, and the primary caregiver for Hooves & Paws of the Upstate...as a paid caregiver in your homes, and as a volunteer caregiver in the Hooves & Paws of the Upstate Rescue Ministry. Keila has three dogs and a cat of her own and many others just passing through on the way to their forever families, and all came to her home as rescues. Keila has a special passion for helping animals and people who have been abused, neglected, or otherwise forgotten by society, believing that all of God's creation deserves love and care.

And your horses and pets deserve compassionate care when you're not there...someone to care for them when you can't!
