About who needs care: My Dad is suffering from Dementia and needs someone to stay with him at night to help him out of bed and use the bathroom and keep him from wandering off. He has poor circulation in his legs so he uses a walker and wheelchair to help walk. My mom cares for him during the day but she needs someone reliable to take over nights so that she can rest. He has a hospital bed in the office and there is a second twin bed in that room for the caregiver. Or we could get a chair if preferred. He goes to bed around 8:30 or 9 and gets up around 6:30 or 7. My mom would take care of his meals and meds, we just need someone to watch him and assist him at night. About the care needs: Easy going personality is preferred. Someone that can assist him getting in and out of bed, in and out of a wheelchair, etc. Services needed include: mobility assistance.
