I need a hands-on care provider experience for my father in his 70s. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. We're looking for some help preparing meals.

We're looking for an awesome caregiver to provide care for our fun 2 and 4-year-old girls 1-2 days a week while my husband and I are working (5-15 hrs per week). Due to my husband's job as a firefighter, the days we need assistance will be revolving, but we are able to provide dates well in advance.
