Mantua Personal Assistant Jobs

Hello! My husband and I are looking for a nanny in Mantua on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We have a 2. 5-year-old daughter who attends preschool, and are expecting a baby boy in May and will need childcare for him starting in August. We are looking for someone who is willing to come to our house and be with our new baby, and occasionally watch our daughter if she does not have school. Our ideal match is responsible, a non-smoker, comfortable caring for infants, and would be comfortable with a senior golden retriever who would not need anything except an occasional pet! I am a Registered Nurse and my husband works from home, so there is a bit of flexibility and assistance available during the day if needed. I am looking for a nanny for our 10-month-old son. I work from home Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8am-5pm, and need someone to assist with activities, nap time, feeding, etc. I will primarily be in our office taking calls but will still handle making meals and cleaning up throughout the day.

About who needs care: My Mom has Vascular Dementia. She is doing very well. She was kicked off hospice last August. She can talk and will feed herself finger foods and hold spoon or fork and put in her mouth with some help. We discovered last February that she fractured her left hip. We had been working with her to walk again. Our process is very slow, now hoping that she will stand again. About the care needs: We toilet my Mom once a day between 4 and 6 p.m. The other times we change her in bed. We have a hospital bed and a power lift chair for her plus a wheelchair. We usually give her a bed bath or shower, have shower chair, at least twice a week. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.

We're looking for an awesome caregiver to provide care for our three children 2-3 days a week (10-15 hrs. per week). Due to my husband's job as a firefighter, the days we need assistance aren't consistent every week, but will always be weekday mornings (never Friday). We are able to provide all the dates and times needed well in advance. Must be willing to drive all the kids in order to drop off and pick up our eldest two at school (in our vehicle).
