I DO NOT HAVE A TIMEFRAME TO HIRE; I JUST WANT TO FIND THE RIGHT PERSON. The PERFECT CANDIDATE is a person who is a LIVE-IN nanny/personal assistant/cook. HOWEVER, we are willing to consider someone who is not a live-in. I want someone to help me do the things for my family that I am unable to consistently do on my own. Duties will be anything needed to assist me with running my home and caring for my grandkids. Hours will vary a little and may include some travel. However, mostly Mo-Fri from 8-6. We have a beautiful 1 bedroom fully furnished (if needed) Mother-in-Law suite with a full kitchen . The suite can be shut off for privacy when off duty. Room and board (meals and utilities) would be calculated as part of the final income. The perfect candidate would be someone who works hard, is a good companion, and interested in caring for my grand kids and sometimes me in a way that they become a part of our family. I do not want to be uncomfortable and formal in my own home. But I need help. We focus on our grandchildren. Their wellbeing is out highest value. They are our lives and our hobby. Playing outside in our fenced on backyard, baseball, golf, pre-school, dinosaurs, do not run, and simple songs. I am disabled and have very weak moments. I have been unable to work with in my profession so I started caring for my two youngest grandkids. I want to return to work from home, but I don't want to lose my time with them. Therefore, I need someone to help me with the house and the kids. Flexibility No 11 or old poodle , 11 or old Maltese, 8 we deaf poodle. They are our babies.

We are looking for a great nanny for a 4-month-old in Loxley. In need of a nanny while I work from home from 8 - 2:45, and then need nanny to pick up my other children at 3:00. He can stay with me while other children are picked up, so he doesn't have to be transported daily. He was premature and is between a 1 - 2-month-old in size and development. He has an oxygen machine, but you are really just watching that the tube doesn't come out of his nose during day and just slipping it back in if necessary. May occasionally need transport to a routine doctors appointment. Is absolutely essential that nanny does not smoke or live with smoker due to his oxygen requirements. I will generally be at the house and available for assistance if necessary.

Helping to/from bedroom, bathroom, living room. Fixing something for lunch maybe even breakfast. Making sure he takes his meds. Occasionally taking to doctor appointment in mobile using his car. He loves westerns! Be able to assist in transfer from bed to chair if needed. Assist in taking him to bathroom if needed. Basic food prep (sandwich, soup, hotdogs). Can park in drive way.
