Ideal candidate is trustworthy, reliable and has a strong worth ethic. Requires proficiency with excel or google sheets, strong planning/organizational abilities, outstanding written and oral organization and communication skills. Illustrative responsibilities include:
-Heavy data entry managing contacts, social media and correspondence. Reviewing
-Managing contractors and deliveries.
-Mail pick up, errands. Scheduling appointments, shopping, & running errands.... everything from grabbing coffee to researching big purchases to delivering gifts/ordering gifts.
-Event prep post Covid)
-Walking/feeding/bathing two puppies or taking to the groomers/vets
-Home improvement projects like lining cabinets with contact paper, painting trim/spot painting, and watering plants.
-light household work when possible like loading dish washer.
