I'm looking for a caregiver to help out with my Aunt . She was discharged from the hospital with these conditions (Enter cutaneous fistula, colitis, abscess in the abdomen and sepsis) and is currently on home hospice. We are looking for someone to assist daily and then someone overnight with the following: Pure Wick catheter system, changing her colostomy bag, and draining and changing the fistula bag. Dressing/changing clothes and assisting with transferring from hospital bed to wheelchair as needed. Ability to collaborate with Home Hospice in our absence. Looking for a nanny to assist with the responsibilities around the house and transportation to and from school for my five and6-year-old. Schedule is flexible. I don't have to have every day of the week. Kids are super happy fun kids to be around. Both very smart. I am looking for someone that can drive them to and from school. About who needs care: My elderly father recently lost his wife earlier this year and is by himself. He is not completely confined to his bed, he is mobile at times, on good days. We would be comfortable if we could find someone for a couple hours a day for daily check-in/wellness checks, light household duties/cleaning, meal prep, daily/weekly errands/shopping, someone he can chat with, etc.. our primary concern since his last caretaker has been he is alone by himself.
