I need help with General Errands. My ideal assistant has own transportation and a non-smoker.

Looking for a fun and energetic nanny for 1 child, currently 8 months. We have 3 large dogs also. Must have COVID vaccination and be a non smoker. We would like someone passionate in childhood development and learning. You would play with, teach, and care for our 7-month-old baby. Flashcards, reading, and learning activities would be a must. TV or use of a phone are not welcomed. We would ask assistance with baby laundry and dishes when he is napping. Mom works at home and will also be able to nurse during certain times. Pay starts at $12 and moves to $15 in the new year when we know you are a good fit. We would be taking taxes out, reporting your income and paying our share of employment taxes. The time frame includes an hour unpaid lunch break, therefore it would be at least 30 hours.

Limited mobility due to arthritis, neck & shoulder issues. Has 4 dogs. I'm looking for someone who is patient, strong, fond of pets. Patient, willing to listen, not afraid to be "micromanaged" and strong enough to "override" when necessary. My aunt is strong willed, emotionally driven and a devout Catholic. Her dogs are her only "life" right now although she used to do a variety of volunteer work prior to becoming widowed. Seems to have lost motivation. Would live someone to uplift and challenge her.
