My 3 yo is still in diapers but training. My work can be unpredictable and I need dedicated care who will make my kids a priority for after school for a few hours daily. . Additional needs include light housekeeping, having a reliable car, a non-smoker. We could use help with homework or curriculum assistance. My schedule may vary.
