Looking for someone to watch my 2 kids while I work from home.

My daughter is expecting a baby girl on April 6, 2023. She plans to stay at home after the birth of her baby, and to resume her teaching position in August 2023. Her husband is out of town M-F with his job. Childcare will be provided from 9:00am-1:00 p.m. at the preschool at the church where I am the office manager. We will need childcare from 1:00-5:00 p.m. M-F. I am a retired educator of 35 years, and have the highest expectations for the babys care.

Nanny Needed For My Children In Rural Hall.

We are looking for our 5th child- and first girl due in October in Winston Salem. The position will likely start in early January. We have a detached garage apartment that is available for the right candidate. For a live in nanny, we prefer a split schedule with hours from 6:30 to 10 a.m. and 12:30 to 5 with some flexibility. Light housework, tidying and keeping up after the baby will be necessary. For non-live in, schedule is somewhat flexible for part time care. We will occasionally need extra hands for our other 4 boys who will be 11, 9, 8 and 5 although they are in school and we have another part time helper for their care. We require communication, dependability, and want our nanny to feel like part of our family. Our family is built on Christian values and we prefer someone who shares our faith. NO COVID vax preferred.

Start Date: May 2021 (flexible) Busy family with my 4 little boys is seeking a part-time household manager for childcare and household help. This is a long-term position (we've had the same person for 7 years) and we truly seek someone to be more like a family member than a babysitter. Our boys are ages 8, 6, 5 and 2 with lots of energy. Just like we parent, the perfect applicant is one who is loving, fun AND firm. Normal hours are 3:30 (pick up from school) to 6/6:30 Monday through Thursday (some Fridays). Ideally, we would love to find someone who has even more flexibility for days sometimes starting at 1 p.m. on sick days or when one of the younger children stays home for a morning with Mom. A bonus if overnight care is an option occasionally for work trips. This person needs to be incredibly motivated and organized.

We have 3-week-old twins who were born early at 36 weeks. We need overnight care a couple times a week.

Our 2-year-old little boy W is as sweet as can be. He loves to play! Full of energy and laughter. . Additional needs include light housekeeping (just help keeping picked up after W, nothing big), having a reliable car, a non-smoker, able to prepare light snack in afternoons. I'll be in campus all day on T/W/Th. We have him enrolled in daycare in the mornings. Part of your time with us he would be sleeping (*hopefully*). We anticipate him taking a nap most afternoons, but we seem to be at a stage developmentally where that's not always a sure thing. The job would typically be T/W/Th afternoons, but the last week and a half of August we don't have daycare and are hoping you could do the full day on T/Th. We'd also like to do a couple full days a week from now-ish until then so we can try to get some work done!
