I'm looking for a great babysitter for 2 children. Meal Preparation: Minor meal prep once baby is eating solids. Light Housekeeping: Tidying up after self during care. Has Own Car: Able to get to and from work independently. Homework help: As needed though rare. About the child(ren): Seeking a part time nanny for our adorable 3-month-old daughter. She is an easy going baby - if she's well fed she's content - she is very curious, alert and enjoys interacting. We also have a 7 1/2-year-old daughter who is in school but would occasionally need care when off school. Our older daughter, when around, delights in helping care for her little sister. She is easy going herself as well, outgoing, kind-hearted, thoughtful, respectful, and loves to laugh/have fun. We are a fun loving family in the Milwaukee area . I work from home a lot but am in need of nanny so I can have uninterrupted work time as well as care for when I have work that takes me outside the home. We appreciate a positive, grounded energy and a sense of humor and are looking for someone who enjoys meaningful engagement supporting babies and toddlers in meeting their developmental milestones including social emotional development. Hours: 20-30hrs Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30am-5:30 p.m. schedule TBD upon conversation, some flexibility needed but we'd discuss any changes in schedule well in advance. Pay is $12-16/hour dependent on experience. Open to nanny share. Skills required: 2+ years experience, CPR and first-aid certification, knowledgeable in birth-3 developmental age range, valid driver's license, organizational skills. Responsibilities: following nap schedule, nurturing and active engagement, potential (light) meal prep for baby once introduced to solids, minor housework related directly to care (washing used bottles, etc).
