Midlothian Part Time Housekeeping Jobs

a true housekeeper to help around the house 10 hours a week (can be split across multiple days). We're looking to hire someone that can be a long term part of our family. Would like housekeeper to keep up with laundry, clean bathrooms/kitchen, and help maintain a tidy/organized home. Potential to help with errands, organizing, cooking, etc. We have 3 kids and 1 dog. Our home is 2600 square feet with 4 beds and 3 full bathrooms. Laundry, changing bed sheets, cleaning fridge and appliances, general room and bathroom cleaning, dusting, etc. Parking is easy! We have one large dog, a Bernese Mountain Dog, and two cats. We also have 6 chickens in our backyard.

Looking for someone with awesome organizational skills who would be willing to come in a few hours a couple times a week to do laundry, straightening around the house, meal prep and light cleaning. There are a few organizational projects (pantry, closets) that would also be needed. We have a busy house with two working parents and active kids so just need a little help with the basics to keep it running smooth.

Our house is 2 stories. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 offices. Due to back and knee problems, things like baseboards are a struggle for us to maintain. We're looking for someone for 5-10 hours per week (negotiable) to clean and, if time permits, help with incidentals like beds and general straightening. Our schedule is extremely flexible. 3/4 of us have asthma, so attention to dust and mold control are a must. We have all needed equipment and supplies. Family needs a part-time nanny for our 9-month-old & a helping hand to keep house running smoothly. About 2 hours of child-care per day and remaining time will be working around the house. Busy mom needs extra set of hands to keep household running smoothly. We have a 1-year-old and another baby due in June 2022. 75% of job is housekeeping/cooking, 25% nanny. 40 hours, 2 weeks PTO, Paid Holidays, W2.
