My family cannot imagine a better company to use as a provider of home care for a family member. Our father was 98 and was confined to a hospital bed and required all of his meals to be pureed due to strokes and difficulty swallowing. All of the people at Paragon were friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. He needed care 24/7 and was on oxygen and the family lived out of state which made the job more difficult. A few very good caregivers were not suited to this particular task (as is to be expected) but Paragon worked with us until we got just the right folks. These caregivers were absolutely outstanding in every way and throughout the 2+ years that they were with our Dad they gave him such good care that he actually thrived and Hospice could no longer justify being part of that care! The Paragon staff was immediately responsive to every need and every question throughout the 2+ years. Our family considers the caregivers and the Paragon staff to be dear friends and we know that we, and our Dad are blessed to have found these special people. We would give them 100 stars if that was an option.

The team at Paragon is wonderful! They are professional, responsive, respectful, and kind. The team has gone above and beyond to find a wonderful care giver/companion for my mother. They have made everything as easy as possible, and, most importantly, the care is outstanding!

From the first response I received three months ago up to the present, I have been pleased and extremely satisfied with the Paragon Home Care agency. The owners are caring individuals who understand the need for quality home care. Their caregivers are experienced in helping folks with varying levels of dependency. The agency has an excellent record of working with clients' needs and can usually find a caregiver who is available within the time and distance required. The owners also stay in touch with their clients and caregivers in order to provide the consistency necessary to run a great business. I have worked with other agencies, but Paragon Home Care has proven to be the best choice.
