I come from a family of teachers and I truly have a passion for teaching, as well as, learning and growing as an educator. I have taught four years in Florida and one year in Pennsylvania, obtaining my teaching certificates in both states. I graduated from Gwynedd Mercy University with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary and Special Education. For the past three years, I have been an Autism Support teacher in Lee County School District where I help support children to expand on their academic, social, emotional, and independent functioning skills. I motivate students and make learning fun in a welcoming and social learning environment. Each child is unique and each child learns in a different way. It is my objective to develop engaging lessons while differentiating instruction, so that concepts are learned and practiced at a level that is appropriate for each child. Every child has capabilities, talents, and strengths; sometimes, all it takes is exposure or motivation

Zachary is patient, caring and experienced in k-12 as well as special education. He is skilled in technology, which has been extremely helpful during distance learning as well. I would highly recommend Zachary to any family looking for a great tutor and teacher!
