We feel so extremely lucky to have found Young as the nanny to our (at the time) 4-month old infant boy. Young is so natural and wonderful around babies, our son took to her immediately and she was so quick to learn and adapt to our feeding and napping routines. She's always punctual, attentive, and never turns on the television (which even we succumb to occasionally) to entertain our son. She reads to him, engages with him during playtime, takes him for daily walks, clips his nails, and all around just gives him such attentive and loving care. While we didn't expect or ask her to do housework, Young has the type of personality that refuses to sit idle; so during our son's naps, she would clean dishes, do laundry, take out trash, tidy his drawers, etc. Our home was literally always cleaner when she left than before she arrived. She is just the sweetest, most responsible and trustworthy nanny we could've ever hoped for, we cannot recommend her more highly!
