Yana came to our home to babysit our 23 month old son while we head out for a date night. Here are all the aspects of her work that impressed us: 1) texted us a few days in advance to confirm our babysitting date and time. 2) came 10 minutes early but texted us in advance to see if it is okay to come in 3) walked us through her process of what would happen should our son wake up while we were out 4) texted us while we were out to update us 5) relayed to us how she managed to get our son to go back to sleep after we left Overall Yana presents with confidence and quick problem solving ideas that promote peace of mind for any parent who worries what would occur while he/she is out away from his/her child. She is capable, engaged, present, and timely.
