Yami was our family's first nanny and as such, we had very high expectations and anxiety handing our first and only baby for someone else to care for. Needless to say, she exceeded all expectations and set the bar high for us. We ended up moving out of state which is the only reason we are no longer able to work with Yami. She was absolutely wonderful with our toddler and we see her as part of the family in the time we've worked together. One of the most important things to us was seeing how quickly our daughter warmed to Yami. Yami was always engaged, patient, and guided our daughter with gentle parenting practices. She has a clear understanding of developmental needs and how to engage with the child.
