About my experience caring for those with special needs I have a brother with Tretology of Fallot, is a heart congenital defect, he also has cognitive, speech and movements disabilities who I cared for since we were little. He has inspired me to work and dedicate my life for those who need the most. Right now I'm studying a bachelor in Psychology and a minor in Adapted Physical Education. I have the opportunity to work and designed physical activities programs to improve and develop sport/recreational skills for individuals with disabilities. I have work with kids of 4 to 14-years-old and adults from 25 to 42-years-olds, for me this is more than just work or knowledge, is passion and love. There is so much more behind that Autism, Down Syndrome, ADHD, ADD and others diagnostics, there is a person who is capable of doing and enjoying the same things we "normal" people do. Is about giving them the same opportunity.
