I work one-on-one with students who have special and behavioral needs. During the summer time, I work providing services to kids and adults who need help with every day basic things and am also there helping them meet life goals. I have a twin brother who was diagnosed with autism. While he was diagnosed late, my family and I knew that there was something special about him. He is my main reason why I got into the caregiving field. He inspires me so much every day to be the best that I can be. If he had never been diagnosed, I don't know if I would have even considered being a caregiver. But, I can't imagine doing anything else! Even though I only have two years of paid experience, I do believe I am qualified and ready to take on any job that comes my way!

Willow is very attentive to my kids' needs, and that helps out a lot since all 3 of my kids have special needs. She cares for each child personally, and truly loves each of them. She loves to play games with them, play with them on the swing set, and jumps on the trampoline with them. She feeds them when needed. Puts them to bed on time and attends to each child on a personal basis. I would highly recommend Willow to care for anybody's child/children! My kids love it when Willow comes over to watch them!
