About Veronica

I have been working in the health industry since the age of 16. I first worked with seniors in nursing homes and then went on to become a personal trainer/group fitness instructor. While in the fitness industry, I ran a senior group fitness class and also went into the homes of seniors to help them work on stability and strength exercises to help them maintain their independence on stairs or in case of a fall. After my children were born, I went on to do specialized foster care and received my degree in psychology. I have been working with seniors and those with disabilities in their homes for several years now and have to say I am blessed that I have the ability to bring compassion, dignity, independence, and a strong work ethic to my job. I am able to do any kind of caregiver work from companion to complete care. I go above and beyond and love to do it. I have excellent references.
