I have experience working with children diagnosed with global delays, cerebral palsy and under the Autism Spectrum Disorder. Here, is where I enhance their language use play based activities as an opportunity for learning. The use of positive reinforcement is really important to me because it is an effective tool help shape behavior. Graduated May 2016 with a Bachelors degree in Psychology. We ended up hiring Vanessa after meeting with her in the park. She was great at asserting herself with the kids (not overwhelming, but not afraid to get right in there with them) and she asked a lot of wonderful questions. I can tell that she is a warm, smart, and caring person and I'm looking forward to having her take care of my boys!
