My son and grandchildren have severe food allergies and sensitivities that affect their health and behavior greatly. I am very aware of additives, colorings, label reading and safe food prep to avoid cross contamination. I pay a great deal of attention to health and nutrition am very supportive of breast-feeding mothers, and try to keep "junk foods" to a bare minimum. (We bake egg free, sometimes gluten free due to allergies. We use no artificial flavors/colors.). A treat now and then is fun!
